Directions to Temple Shearith Israel

From Long Island:
Take the Throg’s Neck Bridge to 95 North to Exit 21N (Rte. 287 West) continue to second exit Rte. 684 North (towards Brewster). Take Exit 6 (Rte. 35 East) follow approximately 12 miles to the intersection of Rte. 35 and 33 (There is a large fountain at this intersection). Turn left at the fountain and go one block to King Lane (Jesse Lee Memorial Church is on the corner of King Lane). Turn left onto King Lane. Proceed one block on King Lane to the stop sign. Continue straight ahead (street changes to Peaceable Street). The temple is located approximately 1⁄4 mile on the right.

From the Whitestone Bridge:
Take the Hutchinson River Parkway to Rte. 684 N towards Brewster. Take Exit 6 (Rte. 35 East) follow approximately 12 miles to the intersection of Rte. 35 and 33 (There is a large fountain at this intersection). Turn left at the fountain and go one block to King Lane (Jesse Lee Memorial Church is on the corner of King Lane). Turn left onto King Lane. Proceed one block on King Lane to the stop sign. From I-84 in Connecticut:
Take Exit 3 (Danbury Airport) and proceed south on Route 7 for approximately 6 miles to the traffic light at the intersection with Route 35. Turn right onto Route 35 and go approximately 3.5 miles. At the blinking light (you can only turn left or right), turn left onto Main Street. Continue on Main Street for approximately 1 mile. Make a right on King Lane (just before the Jesse Lee Memorial Church). Proceed one block on King Lane to the stop sign. Continue straight ahead (street changes to Peaceable Street). The temple is located approximately 1⁄4 mile on the right.

From South Salem, NY:
Take Route 35 toward Ridgefield. At the traffic light at Route 123, take a left onto Peaceable Street. You will immediately come to a stop sign and a fork in the road. Bear left. Take your first right (you will still be on Peaceable St.). The road winds uphill. The temple will be on your left.
